I'm getting some weird error message! Help!

Sorry about that! This site's currently under construction, so there's a lot of kinks to work out. If you're getting weird messages/blank word clouds, and you're sure that the inputted username exists, just press the back button and try submitting again. Also, make sure that the designated twitter user has not protected their tweets - that would cause some problems.
